Returns Policy

Eastmed Pharmacy is committed to providing quality products to our customer. If for any reasons that you are not satisfy with the product you have purchased online, please do not hesitate to contact us on (09) 575-9208 during our normal trading hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm). If we are not able to answer your call, please leave a message or simply email us on dispensary@eastmedpharmacy.co.nz and we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Change of Mind

We understand that shopping online is a little different so we offer a 7-day exchange policy. We are happy to accept returns provided that the purchase was made within 7 days of the purchase. All return items must be sealed/unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Please note, certain categories of product are excluded from this policy and they are;

  • Personal care
  • Probiotics

To enable us to improve of products and services, we appreciate a brief explanation of the reason for the return. You can return the product in person to our physical store or if you are outside of Auckland, you can return the product via courier. Any shipping costs to return the product to Eastmed Pharmacy will be at your own cost.

You will be offered an exchange or a store credit based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Eastmed Pharmacy.

Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.

Goods damaged in transit

We are committed to provide quality products and services. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to Eastmed Pharmacy store and either replace the item or refund the price to you at its election. Damaged items must be returned in the condition received by you with all the original packaging together with all packing slips.
